What is Our Return & Resend Policy?

Returns

At Best Soccer Players, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return them for a full refund (excluding shipping/handling charges) within 60 days of receiving your package. We accept returns for non-customized, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise that can be resold normally.

We do not accept returns for customized products, they are made just for you, non-returnable.

Return shipping costs for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Allow 2 to 7 business days for us to process your return once it's received. Once the refund is arranged, you'll receive an email notification.

Resend

1. SIZE ISSUE

If the items you received don't fit, send us pictures of you wearing the jersey for confirmation. We'll arrange a new shipment for a small fee of $15-$30 postage for resending(depending on quantity and product types). Contact us to get started.

2. DELAY SHIPMENT

If your shipment takes more than 60 working days, contact us immediately. We'll resend the package for free. Your satisfaction is our priority.

3. Lost or Seized Package

If your package is lost or seized by customs, provide us with proof, and we'll resend it to you for free after confirmation.
